Terms of Service

1 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2 — Accounts

Certain features require an account. When you register, you provide an email address, a password, a handle, and optionally a background line and a profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, or use a handle that is misleading, infringing, or offensive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3 — Membership & Payment

Subscription

Access to membership features is provided through an annual subscription priced at $150.00 USD per year. Payment is collected at the time of purchase, and again at each renewal as described below.

Automatic renewal

The annual subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel beforehand, your payment method will be charged $150.00 USD once per year, on the anniversary of your purchase, to continue your membership for another annual term. This continues each year until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the annual term you have already paid for, and is not renewed or charged again after that. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current term.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. ORDYNAIRE does not collect, receive, or store your full payment card details; that information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Refunds

The annual subscription is non-refundable. Once payment for a membership term has been completed — whether the initial purchase or an automatic renewal — that payment will not be refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time if you stop using the Service, cancel mid-term, or your account is terminated for violating these Terms. To avoid being charged for a renewal term, cancel before your renewal date.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Payment-card chargebacks and disputes are governed by the rules of your card network and bank, which operate independently of these Terms. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

4 — User Content & Conduct

The Service includes features, such as the Round Table, where you can post content and replies that are visible to other members. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By posting, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or that contains malware, spam, or another person's private information shared without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant ORDYNAIRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a reasonable period or as required by law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5 — Notifications

The Service may offer push notifications. Notifications are opt-in and controlled by you — you choose whether to enable them and may disable them at any time through your device or browser settings.

6 — Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including the ORDYNAIRE name, branding, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by ORDYNAIRE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service's own materials, or use ORDYNAIRE's branding, without our written permission. This does not restrict your rights in content you yourself post.

7 — Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content on it is accurate or complete.

Content posted by members reflects the views of those members, not ORDYNAIRE. ORDYNAIRE does not endorse and is not responsible for member content or for decisions you make based on it.

8 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORDYNAIRE LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ORDYNAIRE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORDYNAIRE LLC and its owners, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10 — Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing origin@ordynaire.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. As stated in Section 3, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable upon termination.

11 — Changes to the Service & These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will take effect on posting, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
